The original site has nothing to say about this puzzle, so everything from here on is from me, along with bits and pieces from others that I've picked up along the way. It's assumed you can solve a 3x3x3 Rubik's cube using the ultimate solution.
The Basic Plot
- Solve edges.
- Solve corners.
Step 1: Solve Edges
Step 2: Solve Corners
In this solve, I will be ignoring one half of the puzzle. This is because the pieces on one of the cubes cannot intermingle with the movable pieces of the other cube. Therefore, a simple method is to solve one cube and then solve the other.
Before placing the edges, ensure that the centers are in the correct position according to your colour scheme.
Then, solve the edges as you would for a standard cube. The only difficulty is that when you want to turn a face but it won't turn, you need to move the other cube out of the way in order to do so.
All the above is made simple in this video.

To solve the corners we can't simply place them using the corner piece series. Instead we first place the corners using EPSx3, and the orient them.
To orient the corners, place a corner needing to be rotated anticlockwise at UFL and one needing to be rotated clockwise at UBL. Then carry out a Right hand Sune (RUR'URU2R') followed by a Left hand Sune (L'U'LU'L'U2L). This will do the job perfectly.

And that's it. Your Siamese 3x3x3 Cube is now solved. I trust this site has been helpful. If you have any questions or want some clarifications, please use the comments to do so.

I love it! I don't own one of these but maybe I should get one!
